I bet those few hours even include major fault planning and even the hardest type of maintenance or upgrades required! That's good business time well spent when you are successful.

I am making videos, blogs, and working micro sites and in total I hit the target of around $800-$1000 per month. I need to work more than 9 to 5 but I love my job so I don't have any issues with it.

I used to work on this part time, it was generating only a few hundred bucks a month for the first two years.
Enough to let me spend half the day browsing the lounge.

it doesn't exist anywhere ,even irl.
you can put money on investment security etc but without active communitcation, research and checking up report there is high risk you lose your money.
buy real eastate you need to manage it, buy sell, market it to advertise, fix it for rent. even when using manager still need to spend time to audit the job.
there is literally no way to earn money with 0 work.

Yup, exactly, passive income is just an illusion, but i have to disagree with you when it comes to real estates, some peoples do turn their rental properties to agencies to manage it for them, and they sign 1-3 years contracts, they receives rental income from their properties without lifting a finger.
I hope he's not part of the anti waxx movement.
