Google announces Google Optimize and Optimize 360 will shut down on Sept. 30

Just got an email a few hours ago basically saying that Google Optimize will be shut down in about 8 months. but the real shocker is not it. in the next couple of weeks they will announce that it will be a part of GA4.

Not only they are shutting down one of my favorite tools, but they are also going to merge it into GA4.

We launched Google Optimize over 5 years ago to enable businesses of all sizes to easily test and improve their user experiences. We understand the value of A/B testing for marketers, and will be sharing new ways to bring experimentation at scale to businesses in the coming weeks.
