You said 100% facts my guy. The worst part is that in my personal experience, i made a 1000% white hat post and it got 6 figure views but you wanna know what happened.. a mod removed my post because I was linking to a unpopular website. They sad part is my website was completely clean and yet they don't want a brother to win!! It's either link a billionaire's site i.e New York Times or CNN or don't link at all.Reddit is the most toxic dumpster of a website that ever existed. But if you think about it though, it's absolutely genius on reddit's part. By not compensating their mods for their hard work, they by nature create a disgruntled workforce that is bitter of anyone else monetizing their hard work. So they take out any linger of competition on reddit's behalf FOR FREE! Take blackhatworld for example. You don't see many moderators or regular members bitter. Those are people that want tax the rich, want free money don't want to work and they hate people that try to make money.Living in their mother's basement.
Same thing happened to me, but on hackernews. I got "flagged" there after making it to the front page. Post was 100% white hat like yours. You said 100% facts my guy. THESE 'mods' if you can call it that CAN SUCK A FART OUT OF MY ASS![]()
That’s true. Although I have a question for y’all, how do you pay reddit mods? I heard on a few threads that paying them is the best way for your content to stick, but i feel like if i sent a direct message with an offer, the admins of reddit will see it and ban me for rule violationsWell I get what everyone here is saying and you are right. But isn't part of making money online finding a starving crowd and giving it what it wants? I mean... with the amount of traffic on reddit I'm sure if you think outside the box you can cash out from that toxic dumpster of a website.
Yea i feel you bro. But it was fun while it lasted, i think my total page views was 10k, but the cpm was pretty crap ($0.65 per 1k from U.S)Same thing happened to me, but on hackernews. I got "flagged" there after making it to the front page. Post was 100% white hat like yours.
You have to keep in mind that a lot of the mods are accounts held by marketing agencies. Or otherwise affiliated with a certain agency or business. Thas why they may not be keen on cooperating with your business (unless you order their services of course).
I don’t really hate reddit…. it’s just a pain in the ass when it comes to marketing.Seems Reddit has lots of enemies.
