You can put the JS into the template.
I am looking for more of:
1. go to shopify, left hand side, hit online store
2. click the drop down and clickedit code

You'd think there is documentation of this but sadly not

Yo mate. Get the JS out of your cloaking or you'll find out the hard way. No serious cloaking is done in JS.

The liquid files in shopify prevent you to do this trick, but you can do it with redirections or you have to be an expert in these types of languages.

Yes , JS is easy to read
you're right, i missed your message and found out the hard way lol
so now i am looking to upload a html file into cpannel and use the phpintergration.
my money page still NEEDS to be on shopify, will this be an issue?

Donno about the details but so far what you've described is the typical setup. Safe page cpanel, money page does the sales.
i see. so if thats a typical set up, is there a "better than typcial" set up?

Cloaking is an art man. You gotta be creative. Pretty sure there must be some better setup for your specific case, but you gotta find it. There's no generic one.
