Say you had a domain that expired for some reason (domain.com). Someone else got that domain and rebuilt the site using archive data. If you have the original content, register domain.org and publish them. How will that play with Google? (adsense, Ezoic, ranking,etc..)

Please advise

If you register domain.org (after he/she restores the website) then you will be the one who is duplicating content from domain.com.

I was thinking the same thing too. That is why I asked. His site is not indexed. He blocks crawlers. Do you have an advantage? What if I rewrite a little and keep the titles?

Expired content don't rank well on google but are very good for PBNs and other tier 1 backlinks as they do get indexed. So you can always use that content for backlinks but main site doesn't rank well. Dunno about same domain though.
