Hello, so I have read through a lot of the threads here but I can't really seem to find one that answers my questions specifically.
So I have this instagram automation tool that I can automate a mother/child system by adding bulk accounts with proxies and automating mass actions with limits. But there seems to be a problem with it right at the beginning. I can't seem to find out the best way to actually create the accounts for later warming up.

1.Is it better to create the accounts manually on anti-detect browsers with a different proxy for all of them?
And here arises another question because of my lack of braincells: How exactly will the proxy scheme work? Up until now I've used for any bot tactics residential IP adresses bought from the web, but I have heard about 4G proxies that *rotate* and you can use them on multiple accounts at once. How does that exactly work and why does Instagram not detect that?
And what is the best way to verify these accounts? Virtual sms providers and trusted email sites should work?

2.Should I buy aged and verified accounts from providers but with this approach what guarantee do I have that it won't get flagged because of the different proxy I'll be using for them? And then I won't be able to verify the accounts again at all.
Or maybe I just buy non verified accounts and I manually verify all of them? Does the sms verification have to correlate to the geographical location of the proxy?

Basically I would like to hear your thoughts on the most time effective and cheap way of getting semi-reliable instagram accounts. I would love to give back on the little that I know as well if possible.

If you are not planning on making thousands and have some time, sure.

4G are mobile proxies.
Mobile IP's constantly change, you can even change them by simply going in airplane mode for a minute and you have a new IP.
This is why it's not easy to detect a rotating IP since normal devices do so as well.
On a normal mobile phone, it's normal to be logged in more than one account so using ~3-5 accounts each rotation wouldn't raise any alarms, especially if they are always logged in on the same rotation.

Yep, SMS providers and a trusted email will work.

This is a risk you take, although most sellers will provide with a replacement in case something happens.

Does the sms verification have to correlate to the geographical location of the proxy?
I have created a few accounts with a physical sim from another country to the proxy without any issues, didn't test this with virtuals but I assume they should act the same.

Thanks G, some real gold here and I appreciate it!

Ideally I would create as many as my budget allows me, but I reckon that number will increase over time. Might get a VA.

Can I set the rotation scheduling? How can I do that?
And most 4G proxies I know of are really expensive. Do you think the accounts would use more data than a normal data plan offers? Especially accounting for the multiple accounts used on only one?
Yep, SMS providers and a trusted email will work.
What would a trusted email provider that doesn't have a million verification steps be? Are you thinking gmail and the sorts?

Getting bulk instagram accounts lately require fam bot which I don't believe any work at this period of typing,
You can try with clearing cookies to make other accounts.
From what I've gathered cookies are becoming as important as the proxies themselves. I've seen providers of social media accounts that provide the cookie fingerprint as well.

I have also seen something about buying proxy servers and creating subnets of those proxies. Can someone explain that a bit for me?
Do you basically create a network of proxies branched out from the main server and use those adresses individually?
What would the risk be? If one of them gets banned all of them do?
Before that would happen could I create +5 accounts on each, as individual proxies, and be safe or do I have max 5 accounts between them?
Would this be a cheaper and more effective alternative to just renting out individual 4G proxies?

Starting with creating some accounts by yourself is an excellent way to learn about the process, so even if you don't like it you'll be able to either train a VA to do it for you or just buy them.

Some proxy providers give you API access which gives you the ability to change the IP on request, Log in 3-5 accounts > do your thing > change ip > repeat.
You could either automate this if you know how to code or you could do this manually.

And the sorts, yep.

Can't help you with that, never bought one.

4G proxies are the best for doing social media related stuff, you are not limited to one IP, you change it when you like so you can use one for even 20 or 40 accounts just don't mix them up.

Use 4g mobile proxy to create and make every 2 acc with the same number not more

1 phone number will fall into spam when used a lot, so it makes more sense to use email
I've used a single phone number over 5 times, I think 5 or 10 times is when they block the number from creating more accounts, but there never was an issue of being banned because a phone number was used more than once, especially if it's physical sim card.
