Hey guys, is it legal to promote chaturbate through intagram? I mean i dont care about account geting banned, but i mean, if let's say i target my instagram accounts to follow USA based people and my accounts follow and some peopel who are not 18 years old yet follow me back and see the chaturbate affiliate link so they get directed to chaturbate site, wouldt it be a crime or something like this?

I mean i can't make my instagram automation bot to follow 100% adult people, so isn't it a crime if some non adult people would open chaturbate with my affilaite linmk?

Hi, absolutely not it's not legal on normal platforms like Facebook, Google and Instagram.

Nah they'll just ban your account, and they usually do so pretty quick in my experience. Gotta keep it really tame on IG.

your account will be banned, or depending on their mood you can get a shadow ban but besides that there is no like legal action ro something like that just the accunt ban.

yes, you can lose your data and your account, and also there are possibility of getting located for pornography crime. if some videos are not permitted then you will have to suffer for uploading that video or photo.
