Is it best to purchase proxies with card, PalPal or crypto?

All are best options to buy. Fastest is card and PayPal, stealthy is Crypto. If you don't use the proxy for illegal activities, then you can buy it however it's convenient for you!

With crypto you will have no options to get back your money if the service advertised does not match what you got.

If your privacy is the priority, then go with crypto but then you should use cold wallets which I doubt you use because of the nature of the question itself.

What about if the proxies are used for BH techniques on Twitter, Insta, TikTok etc.. What method would you use for that?

Bh doesn't mean illegal, it means you don't play by the rules! E.g. Instagram "forces" you not to have more than 5 accounts per device, or not to run more than 3-5 accounts per same IP, bh is when you find a solution to go around that AND illegal means to use that service for doing something against the law. But law means the law that the state you're in has adopted not the law of those mammoth corporations! That's my 2 cents!

You just confirmed what I was thinking. Thanks for that, its gave me peach of mind.

I would definitely recommend Cryptocurrency payments as they're the most private and secure option. I have too much trust in the blockchain technology that cryptocurrency has. Given the fact that our transaction is completely anonymous.

If someone mentions that "With crypto you will have no options to get back your money if the service advertised does not match what you got". That is not true. If the service advertised does not match what you got AND the seller is willing to refund, then EVEN WITH crypto, ofcourse you can get your money back. What you cannot do with crypto, is a chargeback. People often (even nowadays) confuse a chargeback with a refund.
Paypal nowadays considers proxies as high-risk item (product). Paypal's T&Cs mentions that it prohibits using Paypal for "items that facilitate to engage in illegal activity". Though not every proxy user is engaged in illegal activity, lately there has been an increase of online illegal activities and such scammers often use proxies and it is due to this that Paypal nowadays considers proxies as a high-risk item (product) which is prone to be used for engaging in illegal activity.
Another trend nowadays is that if a buyer buys any product (item) using Paypal, which as per Paypal's T&Cs is a prohibited product (item), then nowadays Paypal can suspend the Paypal accounts of even the buyers (not only the sellers).
For proxies, SMM services, etc, nowadays, it is safer to use crypto for payments. As a buyer, why risk your Paypal account ?
Buy from a reputable proxy provider who has a decent refund policy and then if incase the proxies you buy do not work as advertised, then you can get a refund even if you paid using crypto (referring to reputable proxy providers who has decent refund policies).
It is nice to see people mentioning to prefer crypto instead of Paypal (for proxies, SMM services, etc). I remember the days (upto a year ago), whenever I mentioned that paying with crypto is better than paying with Paypal, for proxies, SMM services, etc, I used to get badly beaten up. At that time, I used to wonder why people are not realizing the direction in which Paypal was (is) moving. Anyways, it is better late than never and I am glad to see more and more people waking up to the reality. (I guess "https://www.collinsdictionary.com/dictionary/english/once-bitten-twice-shy" is true).

Cryptocurrencies such as bitcoin are the most secure payment option, and since transactions are completely anonymous, I am confident in blockchain technology.

There are several payment methods that can be used to purchase proxies, but the most popular and widely accepted methods include:
  1. Credit/debit card: This is the most common and convenient payment method for purchasing proxies. Most proxy providers accept major credit and debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.
  2. PayPal: PayPal is a widely accepted method of payment, and many proxy providers accept it. It is also a safe and secure way to make payments online.
  3. Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies: Some proxy providers accept Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies as payment methods. This can be a good option for those who want to keep their payment information private.
  4. Bank transfer: Some proxy providers accept bank transfers as a payment method, which can be convenient for those who do not have a credit or debit card.
Ultimately, the best payment method will depend on your personal preferences, and the options available from the proxy provider you choose.
