What and where you want to scrape?
I just wanna start off small with accounts of 1k on Instagram.

If you are using socinator you need high quality proxies. Blacklisted proxies will get blocked by IG.
to be clear. My idea is to start of with 5 scraper accounts scraping 1 profile of 20k taking the users I scraped to one profile that sends out comments. What will be the ideal setup?
any ideas on proxies?

You dont need to spend shiet tonne of money for residential proxies, you can use some good quality socks proxies and instagram will let you access data as long you provide valid user session.
To make it easier use private api libraries like https://github.com/dilame/instagram-private-api .
Make sure to add delay between requests and keep it limited.
I was able to scrape with php without using any third party libraries all i did is pass valid user session of my account.
You can also use browser automation like selenium (python) or puppeteer (nodejs) with extra stealth plugins but using private api library should be enough

There are a couple of good web-based tools out there where you just pay a certain amount for the number of threads you use and do not have to bother with replacing accs + proxies. Most of them are in Russian though but with on-page Google translator enabled, you should be fine.

I suppose that largely depends on what you're trying to do. I found them to be quite cheap for scraping emails + some very unique filters but when scraping/filtering using likes/followers, I still prefer to use my self-hosted tools.

Scraping on Instagram (at volume) has become very, very difficult. Best is to use 4G proxies that switch IP frequently.
How many scrapers can you have on 4G?
