Same happened to me. Ordered 3516 and 3517. But not reply from skype even he is online. So Open case in paypal for refund.
I ordered content on 23rd December and 26th December.

I got an answer on mail and had a small conversation. He told me 3 days, but that was almost a week ago. I've opened a case on paypal as well. Should maybe create an dispute aswell soon..
