Private video after monetization

I've never try this before but I want someone that has experience to answer this please.

If I make all videos private after monetization and start uploading new videos instead. Will I loose monetization on the channel?

I have alot of botted YouTube channels, but I don't want people to be seeing the videos I used for monetization and I knew If I delete them, I'm loosing monetization straight

You need to maintain the 4k watch hours. Setting a video on private will remove your watchtime from that video. So make sure you stay above it.

unlisting your videos wouldnt be an issue. that way you can hide it without removing the views and watch hours

Not true. Videos must be public so the views and the watch time are counted.
