Send a PM to HaRRo and Pofecker and explain your situation and request a new password, but before you do that, you probably need to reformat your hard drive and set everything up again.

I didn't notice your post above my previous post where you mentioned about downloading Scrapebox. From what I hear that virused version was quite bad.

After you clean your machine, then log back on and PM HaRRo and Pofecker.

That is the best advice I can give you at this time.

that's sucks big time man, this sh1t disabled your task manager?!, i never see this kind of virus in action luckily
btw you can always use process explorer:

or security task manager to kill process

but in your case, the reformat you did was the best choice you could do in my opinion as well

There was a PDF exploit early last year that did the same thing.

Grabbed the login details from a couple of FTP-proggies and inserted malicious code to all your sites.

Download smartsniff and see the outgoing processes....you could find the ftp password/username if it's a ftp stealer

i have no doubt your account issue will be resolved in time. depending on what the hacker did to your account, i'm sure they have to look into the situation carefully.
