You could try torrenting, but, even without youtube, there is still ton of good courses everywhere, it is really not a problem or matter of whether can you find a course or not, but can you stick with it, and learn through it? if you are dedicated, you will find a way!

most of the youtubers create special course on udemy in order to earn money. so why search on endless short 100 youtube videos if you can have strucutred lectures?
most of latest courses and not on website or torrent
