Promoting realistic sex dolls

Hello, I'm a total beginner as an affiliate marketer, firstly I joined Crakrevenue but didn't succeed at it and anyway I view it as a dead end niche, Maxbounty and Clickbank aren't for beginners and they require expert steps
However, I'm currently interested in promoting realistic sex dolls and I've joined a program then tried to spam and manually message a large number of losers on r/Virgin but it doesn't seem to be working, any ideas how can I promote my affiliate link and get large number of clicks and most importantly conversions? I need high quality and organic traffic and pointed towards a targeted audience like r/virgin

Adult niche is nowadays a tricky niche to promote on social media platforms, as well as a a tricky niche to promote through paid ads. So if (as you have mentioned) you are a beginner in affiliate marketing, then initially do not go for the adult niche, but rather go for niches that do not have restrcitions on promotion, or rather niches which are easy to promote and get a hang of promoting affiliate products and later move into "tricky to promote" niches such as the adult niche. As a beginner in affiliate marketing, start with what is easy, in order to learn faster and then move on up the "ladder".

You have got to think out of the box for this one, something difficult to market along normal lines, if you cannot @Trust WorkShop is right, try something easier. You are basically asking to be spoon fed the answer or method without doing any thinking yourself, which might be the problem.
Ask yourself, where would I find the type of people who would buy this what else would they buy ( other product>landing page>to sex dolls affilate link, so you can market the dolls as well) and what about nche forums ( start conversations).
