It's not possible as reddit doesn't show what user is subscribed to what sub.

There will never be a tool doing that on Reddit. Unless they make a major update and I highly doubt it.

Like other users have mentioned, no tools really exist like that. I've had a good amount of success lately by coding my own data-analysis tools. That might be a road you want to explore.
