what is the correlation between the up vote and a German website ?

Basically I'm collecting websites and apps that people already use there to make the life easier for example to find cheaper offers on products,life hacks, saving money. Everything I could get of would be helpful so I will use in the future as soon as I Immigrate. So I want upvotes to get attention to the post.
