Twitter Comments Algorithm?

I've bought likes for twitter comments, but it made no difference its ranking.

How do comments rank on twitter/

1. Date of comment (Old comment = high rank )
2. Comment poster account popularity (Example when the comment poster account is verified or have a huge followers, it have a high chance of being on the top.)
3. Number of engagements with that comment. (Likes and replied)

Thanks for the detailed reply - I cant find any threads on here that suggest there's a way to manipulate this ranking.

as per @onlyfansguy get comment from real popular account with engagement. either by asking said account or maybe giving them a few $$$
