Our support is not online during the weekend - it's clearly stated on the website. If your order wasn't processed automatically - I assume you've sent incorrect amount of BTC. Send me transaction hash via PM, I will approve your order or I can send a refund.

No need to call each other names, I understand that waiting 24h+ for a reply is too long sometimes, but saying something is a scam because you didn't get quick reply on weekend is a bit too much in my opinion.

Since the moment of its creation. At the time of the sale accounts are pretty fresh - 1-2h old. They actually stay alive a bit longer than 24h, sometimes even up to 48-72h but it's pretty random so we just picked 24 hour mark as a safe spot as all of the accounts stay alive that long for sure.
