Porn link created with my domain url please help

My site has been under attack for days now and i have ran out of idea.

What the attacker is doing is to use my url to create a port link which shows my site url with the porn links.

I have changed host, restored old files backup i did locally last year.


But i don't understand how they are able to do this. Creating porn links with my domain which appears on Google but the link will actually redirect to porn site

Please note i have changed all password, change host, i use cloudflare.
