Hello!

For the second time I have a featured video on the same account. (no other channels ever do this but this one. could it be that something in the channel determines that the video will be featured, rather than the content of the video itself?)

...But.... I have very little views? Anyone knows why, anyone also knows what's the criteria that YT considers while deciding which videos it will feature?

Very often I get an account warning when I violate the copyrihgt, and my best videos are taken down, but what puzzelse me the most is the randomness in which some of the videos with exact same content uploaded on other's users accounts, and at the same time period, stay on. Any ideas what are the criterias for that crap?

Why is it when I upload a video visual content (video) from a movie, and audio from a album single it often gets taken down, but at the same time others that do that often get their videos to stay (some of mine do that too) for year and more and hit thousands of views. And the most intriguing thing are those often get featured, and user becomes or is a Youtube partner?

It's not the rules that YT has that I can't get along with, it's their overall randomness and perhaps double standards....

i think its all about luck too sometimes you can get away with some stuff othertimes you get penalized doe the most stupid silly reasons and get your vids banned.

Y0utube uses automated copyright violation system http://www.youtube.com/t/contentid so Youtube detects automatically almost all popular musics vids and so on.. This might be bypassed by changing the music's pitch or/and color of the video

One of my videos has been detected and now it has country restrictions, but it hasn't been taken down.

I use CyberLink PowerDirector for all my video editing...SUPER powerful. I get trailers for movies that I downloaded from Apple to stay up on YouTube now.

Ok, but that's not what I was talking about.
I know most about getting videos pass the filter, but sometimes those that pass get taken down (some time after they have been uploaded you get strike one notice and it lists the copyright holder... the pink screen when loggin in, and strike 3 is account banned... think you know what I'm talking about)while those that have video "restricted in some countries" or "contains copyrighted content" even gets featured in some occasions + some YOUTUBE PARTNESR have those kind of videos I mentioned above (video from a movie and audio from a popular band).

That one confuses me . .

once thing I noticed about all my sexy videos that get featured.....

theres a song playing in them that YT places an ad about on my video.

is it hard to believe that the whole "feature" thing is only going to happen if YT sees a way to monetize it?

Diz lad here http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8TKnvjNiIjo :?? Has yt-partner kind of ads on only one video (not i-tunes or buy this track ads, but regular adsense). Total upload views ONLY 3000, when you go on his channel, no ads, and also when you watch that same video on from his channel page - no ads....

I thought yt only places an ad on a music video if the owner decides to do that as opposed to taking the whole video down, and that those ads are not of this kind...

Has something changed or has it always been like this?
