not free but Keysearch.co can do this. And it's cheaper than most SEO tools and I think that you pay even less if you upgrade within the 1st hour of signing up. But even if that discount is not available anymore it's still worth the price if you are serious about SEO, so I definitely recommend it given the obscene prices that Ahrefs and Semrush have

Try similarweb, you can see most of the keywords a website is ranking on for free.

Free tools, I don’t know. But definitely you can do it with ahrefs. If it’s just one page then send me the url via pm and I will get you an export of the ranking keywords.

You can do it with Ubersuggest. Not free but I think there is a free trial.

Free tools are limited to a few keywords. If you don't want to spend a lot of money, then you can use Fiverr.
