Hello, I have a doubt and it is because I have a lot of Views in my site. I mean the most viewed article yesterday had 31 views which I understand is 31 people/IP. But I don't understand why it has 70 views....

Then I don't understand the views and visits. Is it good to have so many views? In another of my sites the visits are equal to the views.

One user can make multiple views, hence the "views per user" column.

But why does that happen? Is it a good thing?

Yes I want that what I still don't understand is if they saw the same article because they pressed F5 or what.

Yes. Repeated views of a same page are counted as sepeated pageviews in Google analytics. So refreshes are shown as multiple views.

If you want to exclude that look for unique pageviews.

Yeah, everything said here is enough.

Some more, the same user can go to another page and for any reason return to that article again. That's another view but from the same user.

Ok then it wouldn't be a bad thing and it's better to keep it that way, right? Yes I have good interlinking so maybe they read something else and come back to the same article.
