Eventually they can be harmful for the grown account. Auditor will always show the real data.
Better get the followers through micro task sites.
Buy the followers which are organic. Like sites where you actually pay the user to take action thus making it sure you will have organic traffic and no fear.

Here's the best solution.
Instead of buying from an smm panel.
Use your own bot to manage 100 accounts first.
Use those 100 accounts, warm them and make each account look legit.
Anytime you post etc, use those accounts to engage with your profile.

I suppose that is good for likes and engagement but would only give you 100 followers.

If you bot the account too fast, it will get blocked.
