Is a bit lower and then also need count the fee of content id provider like distrokid

After the fee Distrokid takes I get about a 11.00 CPM for my channels.
Does anyone know, if the video with a content ID has multiple claims (my music claim+third party audiovisual claim) and one of them partially blocks the video with a text:
Video cannot be seen or monetized
Blocked in some territories
Does the video continue showing Ads in the unblocked territories based on my music ID claim? Or it does not show any ads at all? Because based on the text you could deduct that it's impossible to monetize with the YPP, not the ID claim.

The cpm is very low. It is not worth it in my opinion.
