I encourage clients to leave Google reviews and nudge them with some keyword points e.g mention location and service keywords so it can be seen in the "People often mention" section. I know it does have a positive influence on local rankings.

Do you include keywords when responding to reviews? if so, have you seen any benefit?

Any tips we can share with responding to positive reviews to increase local ranking?

I do that, but not much impact. You can do it; no harm. Make sure you respond to reviews based on what they wrote, rather than using a template message.

What's your opinion in response time? Same day reply or give it some time?

Prompt response times are always recommended when replying to customers. You can use keywords in comments

In review responses? Keywords really have no effect, they only have an effect in the reviews left by the customers

I will be doing this with a real estate site I'm working on. I have a feeling it will help with being listed for the area. ie "Just bought a house in xxxx community". I think this little 'mentions' will help.

Reply with bulk keywords or just say- thanks/thank you! is almost same.

Keywords works if the customer include it with review texts.
