VPS and additional dedicated IPs to rotate will run you about $40.
Software like Mailwizz will run you for about $79.
If you don't know how to set up Mailwizz, you will probably have to hire someone to do this for you. Probably cost you another $30-$50.

Well, you are already over $100.
Now you got to warm up your server. If you decide to use software for this, like WarmUpInbox, this is the cheapest one, and it's pretty nice for the price. Will come in at about $39 per month.

If you could get $100 more in your budget, that would be good.

Yes there is. I just hit install button and use the SMTP account in my mailing software. It cost me $4000. Will I sell/share it. LOL. Of course not.

Yes I use a webmailer that I don't pay for and I didn't pay for that mailer king in the screenshot(I don't use it). When I used mailer king years ago I didn't pay for it either. The owner of the dating network I promoted for paid for it. Everything I said about the PVA stuff is true believe me or not I don't care.

My software cannot be nulled unless my coder breaks our contract but I know he won't so I don't take this as a threat.
