You need to pay someone for an audit if not one can really say the cause overall without seeing your website no one can guess right likely .

That's the thing. I don't want to pay for some ahrefs "audit". I need someone who can actually look at this personally.

IT would not be an Ahrefs report it would be done by real SEO unless you find someone on the cheap.

Look at the SERP results to see what sites have taken your keywords, use AHREFs to look at their backlink profile. Also inspect their website, and content to see what your site is missing on pages that are losing rankings.
