You have mentioned that they are asking you for certain information or documents like a bank statement, loan agreement, etc. So, you can solve the problem by providing (submitting) the required information or rather the required documents.
Or is it that you having a technical related problem while submitting the documents ? If that is the case then you can contact their support directly and they would be glad to help you.

Please read OP's main post properly. There is no question of buying anything. OP has mentioned that his or her account is blocked and they require a bank statement or loan agreement, so all that OP needs to do is simply submit what they require (a bank statement or a loan agreement) and then the limitation on the account will be lifted.
Maybe, OP is facing a technical problem while uploading these documents ? It is improper for us to assume anything here. Let's wait until OP mentions what the issue is.

for me it sounds like OP doesnt have those documents in which case buying them would be a resolution

For me it sounds like OP is facing a technical issue related to submitting / uploading documents, in which case, directly contacting that platform's support would be the resolution.
To my neighbour, it sounds like OP may not know from where to get a bank statement / loan agreement, for which contacting the respective bank or financial institution, would be the resolution.
Since OP has not yet mentioned what the issue is, it is logically proper as well as logically improper to assume what the issue is.
