youtube shorts no views/views drop

Hi guys!
so i've noticed that many people are complaining about this issue on reddit,twitter,quora and on this website. The issue is where you otherwise used to get 1-10k views and almost recommended on every video i post on shorts, then suddenly after a week, up to a month of good views and engagement, your views drops to 0-2 and not recommended at all. so has anyone figured it out yet?
