In regards to selling them leads, if you live in the U.S you'd have to be careful about this as real estate agents cannot officially make any kind of deals with unlicensed individuals when it comes to splitting commissions, finders fees, etc. The real estate commission is very strict about these policies. That being said, many still do it with an under the table informal contract and none are the wiser. At that point it becomes more about mutual trust between both parties.
