Time to warm up a new account and clean your footprint. If you are using a phone I recommend switching your ROM also to reset hardware footprints.

Yea but what to do if a GMB is suspended or flagged? How long do wait before reviewing?

How do you know that is the GMB which is flagged and not the account?

it's all about footprints. i've used one residential ip address with many different browsers and multiple profiles per browser with different settings and i can stretch it to about 15 or so accounts on the same ip.

Usually they stick but after 24 hours they get removed.

just every browser you can think of. they will all give a different footprint. eventually you'll hit a wall and have to use a phone number to sign up for things, but i've gotten pretty far without problems. it's also good to warm up the accounts a bit and wait a few days before starting to post reviews.

Is the GMB listing showing up in the searches?

GMB might also show your review, when you are logged in to the account, but not show it publicly. I haven't found a solution to it yet

Yes this correct. If you are logged in on your account only you can see it but not available in public

It happen when your review is flagged.

If you are posting after recent negative feedback then it would never stick , give it time and try again with new account.
