Pretty confused need help to choose path

I need to choose a path, I am currently working full time and I want to do a project with the income from here. What I want to do right now is a b2b and b2c fitness project, but since I don't know how to make a mobile app, I can only do pwa on the website. I'll take care of the blog content by getting it written by the authors. Do you think a fitness app that is not in the appstore is used? Since it will be b2c at first, people should also use it.

If it is good enough on your website, it will still be used. Try to make sure your content is very high quality, I could see you getting some users. You have the income to invest into your project, so you could even try hiring a dev down the line. Then push your app from your organic blog content traffic.

In that case, you will have to do a lot of promotion. And also do not forget that if an app is not listed in Google Play / Apple Store, then there is a lack of trust in such apps. Apps that are not listed in Google Play / Apple Store are generally not trusted by people.

We can add pwa to app store and google play but i need to research more and thanks for advice.

All depends upon your "fitness project".
Fitness is a competitive niche.
You gotta have a product or service or app that people wanna buy or some monetization method like ads or membership.
Once you have that tech part is easy.
