I'd like to have an idea regarding on Call centers or BPO non voice. Because I like to start a business here in my country.
What are the process I need and is there a software?
Do I need lot people to start. Who are those.?
How much money to start with small non voice call center?
Where to start?
That the question I want to be answered. I googled this question but it gives me a not direct answered to my questions.

I've been thinking about starting a live chat outsourcing business in the UK, yet the costs stopped me from doing it.

The best way to get new clients is by cold-calling businesses. How much will you charge if I bring in the customers? Let's see if we can work something out.

I am also from Philippines and I own an existing BPO company. First thing you would need is an office which has a good speed internet and most importantly is a city/region where power interruption is minimal. And second is find a good partner or client which can help you set-up an office because its not easy and very expensive.

Does non voice and voice BPO are same?

What I want to start is non voice. I am gathering more info regarding where to start and where to get clients. I have agents in the past but whitout experience in non voice bpo. But in cpa marketing.
