Heya, I’m currently living outside US and I would like to have a tiktok account “based” in the US.

I have a spare iphone to use it but not sure what I need to use next. Only proxies? What If I also verify the account with a US phone number, would that work?

Proxies are good for that, ideally 4G proxies. It's also good that you have a sperate physical phone since emulators will give you a bad time on TikTok, supposedly. If you happen to have a US phone number that you can use for verification, then even better. Just make sure to use only 1 account on that phone or if you have to manage multiple accounts, do it smart. Maybe look into SMMs for that.

Wondering if I ask him to create a new TT profile in US with US sim card.
Will that work, will I have US audience?

Or there must be other way how to do it since he registered his own account in Europe.

You need a new device and a US Simcard. If you get these stuff and create a new TikTok Account your for you page will be in the US and your post will be seen by US people.

Having the account made in the US and verified through that USA SIM is great. If the access of the account is done through a USA IP, then yeah it should have consistent US audience. If you want to access the same account from any non-US location, I'd highly recommend USA mobile proxies to keep the audience and stay under TikTok's radar.

I mean, it's worth it for what I use it for. I've only ever used rotating mobile proxies so results may vary if you go for "static" IP. That said, if you only use one account then it shouldn't be fine, I'd say. Managing more than 1? Then you'll want to get rotating proxies.

Quick question about that, is a physical US SIM completely necessary here? I have residential US proxies and an iPhone lying around, and I can also order temporary phone numbers from SMS-man. Would this sort of setup work or is the physical SIM still an absolute necessity (I read that some blokes managed to get it working without even actubating the SIM so I don’t get why it’s necessary)?

What if I don’t have a US sim card? Since in living outside US I can only use proxies and verify the account with a US number but I cannot put my hands on a US sim card.

Purchasing a ready-made US registered accounts isn't an option? WTB section should have something to offer to you. After you have the account all you need is a clean device and a high-quality US proxy. Ofc this way requires some investments from you, but the way itself looks pretty simple to me.

Does this still work if I'm using an iCloud account outside of the US? I messed around with creating one the whole day and turned out the iPhone I used was too old to even get a decent Proxy app like Potatso lol. My current last resort plan for this is to just insert a regular T-mobile SIM in, log into my personal iCloud and then download Potatso to set up the mobile proxy. I'm still new to this so if this plan seems like it's not gonna work I'd appreciate the heads up! Cheers

Can't I just create more than one USA account, as I do in my own country, if I do have a USA based IP, a new phone, and a USA SIMcard for the confiramtion code?

Nah, vpn not necessary and I'm speaking from experience. I'm doing this right now.
