what other factors cause for this income on ezoic.?

I have used Ezoic for several years. Your EPMV depends on the niche and the traffic quality. You will still see at least 2X of Adsense and more if you have traffic mostly from Tier 1 countries.

You can get approved in Ezoic without Adsense. But you would have to be MCM approved to be able to serve ads, there is another google review process for ad manager account and domain. This I am not sure if Adsense is now required for MCM

It depends on the number of ads and location and niche and other factors. The time of year does affect my earnings because of niche. So yeah, niche plays a role. I think it says a lot if you're on Ezoic Premium. And if you have Adsense you can use mediation.

they have this interactive article in which how you can get own data from your site to know how can you improve your epmv because yes it depends on your site, epmv varies. I also heard of premium which can gives you better ads, not sure though when will i get invite so i can take the trial and see how it works.
