custom column wordpress admin?

Is it possible to add a custom column to the WordPress admin posts page? I want to be able to add a column in which I can add my own custom text for each individual post I create. So for example where I have drawn the circle I want to be able to add some custom text, and then for the post below some different custom text, Is this possible?

yeah sorry i get that i downloaded it. I'm trying to use it but I don't see where to add the custom text?
