Hello gentlemen,

I have recently been put into a unique and interesting situation I would like to share with you all and hear your take. I will try to be direct and to the point for the sake of clarity/brevity.

During a night out bar hopping I met a lady who works as a supervisor at a late night restaurant and bar. She is in her mid/late 30s, fairly attractive woman with an Eastern European appearance. Long story short, we are now hooking up and the other night she let slip that due to her money troubles she is tempted to do what some of her co-workers are doing on the side. When I asked her what that was, she was hesitant but revealed that some of them sell "extra services" to patrons in exchange for money. Essentially, they are low key prostitutes and the restaurant management turns a blind eye to it as long as the men keep coming in. I did notice that all the workers were women with clearly enhanced "assets" so I was not surprised to hear this. She also mentioned that she had dabbled with OnlyFans in the past but wanted to do something more extreme in order to generate money more quickly.

Of course, being a hustler I quickly saw this as an opportunity and brought up that she should try webcamming as it is much safer and that I could help her get it all started. She is very open to the idea and we will be meeting up again soon to discuss the specifics.

Now, I have already spent considerable hours on this forum reading through a couple guides on this subject and it is still a lot to take in. From my notes, I have learned that having a consistent girl is key for webcamming and it seems I have gotten lucky and found one. Not only that, but seeing as how her co-workers are already involved in the sex-industry, I wouldn't mind recruiting a few of those girls in the near future once I gain more experience.

I would appreciate guidance by those more experienced than I on how to properly get started on this venture. Thank you in advance!

Gather them (her co-workers) and make them all same offer and let her be supervisor while you supervise (and ANALISE) her in every aspect (I mean EVERY)!

Yokes aside this can be done but you have to think about several business aspects here:
1. You must draw a good contract (beneficial to you in every way) between you as AGENT and her (or others) as models
2. You must make yourself familiar with technical and logistical part of this idea (location where it is going to be filmed, what equipment you are going to need)
3. And probably some investment which will depend mostly on how you defined everything on contracts

If you want you can PM me so we can discuss it more into details.

Thank you for this advice. I agree I think it's a very good idea to have her as a supervisor to her co-workers since they already have that relationship and then sign them all together- however, don't you think its a bit ambitious or can it be done? & haha yes I will certainly be keeping a very close eye on her

1. Any ideas on where to look to find more info on contracts? Perhaps a sample contract I could use as reference?

2. Yes, I am exploring the idea of starting out using a section of my condo and setting up a work station with the correct lighting. In regards to equipment, so far I have already purchased an HD webcam and an LED "glow" streaming light to attach to the computer monitor. I will probably be typing for the models and interact with their audiences so I am looking into the software needed for that (OBS, screenshare, wireless keyboards etc)

3. I am willing to invest what is needed to start the business

I'm still new when it comes to posting so it seems like I can't PM yet.

Some general contract draft can be drawn by any lawyer in your city for a small fee. In my country even notary public can do it for like 15 euros :D

Other point is you must hold all banking and account details for yourself just to be safe. "Models" tend to break contracts sooner or later so in this way your digital pimping business will be sort of protected as you will cut them of their accounts and earnings and they won't be so eager to break out and start fresh.

would be good if we could also get some recommendations on a theme to use

I see, in my country I'm not sure how a lawyer would view a business of this nature, though I suppose they don't care. I could spin it as being an online "streaming service" in which "entertainment" services are provided to clients.

Yes I have read about this happening a lot. Definitely will take this advice to heart and control the bank accounts.

In terms of contract you can state that you will act as agent while models will provide their (like you've said "entertainment") services to third parties over internet trough you as mediator. My advice would be to find some lawyer that's friend of a friend and speak to him/her completely open and ask him/her to draft you a contract which will protect you from both models and/or possible persecution if your country doesn't allow such business model. I, personally, would hide it like modelling agency or something similar. That way if you are incorporated as agency you can disown any model if heat comes up and lawyer can protect you if "model" moves against you legally.

Aside of finding models (especially local ones) good lawyer and contract are most important aspect of this job by my opinion. Tech part is simple when you sort those things out.

consistent girl is key for webcamming
"consistent cammodel" is something of an oxymoron. They're never consistent and usually exit the business within a year or two of starting. Build a model intake/lead gen system that accounts for a high churn rate, don't be dependent on one model.

for the website itself

and the code/scripts to use
I wouldn't go that route (at the beginning at least). It's better to go to established platform. If you really want to have it on your own completely then something coded from scratch and open API on client side. Thinking of it you can build middleman platform to which all models will be connected regardless of their location and retransmit it to big players for monetisation.

CAM workflow: Model -> Your Webpage -> Your Backend <- Big Cam platform <- customer
Cash flow: Customer -> Big CAM platform -> Your Stripe Atlas/Biz Account -> Payout to models

Just an update on this: had a meeting with the supervisor lady last night, we grabbed coffee and discussed what her goals were. She mentioned that she had already been planning on partnering with a few girls and operating a low key venue where the girls would essentially do shows and nude dances for tips. Not an official strip club per say, but a not-legal establishment where they would just rent a space in another restaurant to conduct their business. Advertising would be just word of mouth.

Obviously I told her that I thought this was a bad idea as eventually you would be caught and its far better to do the same thing but online camming, which can be done legally. She is still open to the idea, although she said it wasn't what she ever imagined doing as she wants to supervise, not work as a model. I told her that she should start camming first, gain experience and then we could bring on her friends that she could supervise. One of her friends in particular, a 40-something MILF, is an ex-stripper who I think would do well. She agreed and I took my phone out to show her what chaturbate was like so that she would have an idea of what to expect.

So far, so good. Next step is finding a contracts lawyer to make me some basic contracts and model release forms. Meanwhile I'm going to start practicing all the camming software myself so when the girls are ready I won't look like an idiot. Thanks for reading!

Why don't you look at this activity as any normal business?
You need a company, an office then you can launch campaigns for recruitment models using dedicated advertising companies and your ads will appear on big sites + tiktok/youtube/instagram. You can not do this activity alone and in business do exist contracts and the person who goes to work at your company will know beforehand what is her/his duty. You need cash to start because in 90% of the cases, in the first 2-3 months you will not be happy with the outcome but the models need salary and also your staff, you can not avoid paying them salary because you didn't make money... it is not like that because you face legal cases and there are consequences.
What you are doing right now looks very shady, it is not the right way to start this business.
