Rank & Rent - GMB Question

Hi all,
I have 1 question that I didn't find the answer too

If I build a website its ranks as #1 in google.
and creating GMB, then when I want to rant it, I will need to change the name and the address to match the client?
or I can skip this, and just sell the leads?

If you add the address in gmb and website link according to website so this will be good.

No need to change anything in the listing... If you try to change the address then may suspend your listing.... Don't changw anything.. Just sell leads

If for example, I want to create a GMB that is related to landscape, and I name the business "landscape chicago".
then when I will reach the potential client, the name of GMB will not be related to their name.
it's not an issue? or I don't get it right.

You can make the GMB without showing the addressee if it's for a website

No issue.,. Just put any Brand Name + Keyword
Like : All Season Landscape Service Chicago

It depends on what type of client you have. If it's a business that people primarily drive to, it wouldn't be a good idea to have a GMB that isn't on their address.

However, you wouldn't edit the address on a GMB as it would get suspended.

But if you have a client who does work at a client's house or business, then you wouldn't really need to care about the address.

It really depends on what the client wants. DO NOT change info of GMB - these days it will probably get it suspended.

Gmb works on first info filled in or a ban for changing Anythink.

You need registered info legal docs to get account verifyed


So selling leads only way.
