How do they get ads like this approved? When I try to advertise for my affiliate link, they get banned permanently.

When I try to advertise for my affiliate link, they get banned permanently.

Because you (directly) advertise your affiliate link, that is why you keep getting banned (account suspensions).
Do not directly advertise an affiliate link : advertise your own domain / website.
And the ad as in your 2 screenshots : It is a cloaked campaign (using a cloaker).
The cloaker filters the ad clickers. Bots, reviewers will go to a safe landing page. Others will go to the "money" landing page.
The advertiser as in your 2 screenshots, has his or her "money" landing page to be "motivational" enough for gullible people to download that file and run (execute) that file and thereby losing a lot, perhaps even upto losing their underwears !!!
It is what it is. People say that big tech has the best tech brains working. Then why is it that after even so many years, Google & Facebook are unable to stop such malicious ads ? Even their AI is unable to stop such malicious ads. Guess what ? The best tech brains are working on the "other side of the fence", earning much more than they would earn working for the big tech companies. Such malicious ads are not good, but I am merely pointing out a fact (it is what it is, irrespective of whether we like it or not).

Its not about the money... updates comes across both sides it called work but I think its about agenda perhaps...
