Steal it and re-write it or hire someone for that.

Titles need to be completely different but the keyword(s) can be the same. Reddit ranks pretty fast but great content isn't going to cut it if there's nobody there discussing things.

I had an idea for my subreddits to create 50 fake profiles and fake discussions but you'll go crazy talking with yourself like that.

This is how Reddit started too.. the guys who created it first created tons of fake profiles to make it seem like an active and popular community.

Growing your subreddit might mean more people join and get engaged. To do that you need to make eye catchy posts with pictures to get them hooked up. As you haven't mentioned the subreddit topic, can't help you much on that.

It really depends on the niche.
At times, I use old and gone article directories or old reddit posts which were popular like 3 years ago (through way back machine).
