Finding gold mines

Do you think that there are people who have gold mines or gems in their hands (websites, Social Media Acc, etc) and do not know what they are? Is there any way to identify them?

not that i have a systemized formula for identifying such things either. not my specialty.
but ive heard many such cases within the scope of social media.
people running big IG accounts. selling the account or shoutouts for 95% below market rate. simply because they do not know what they have. and some internet marketer put in a low bid.
really depends on whatyou want to accomplish. is to to buy someones social media acct. or website. how do you know that person is ignorant of what they have in the first place. shoot them a message and lowball an offer to buy the asset.

Yeah, you are right, but here people share their methods, this would be one more. I think there could be mines for everyone...

just keep thinking. idea will come to you. im not even in this sector.
scrape list of IG profiles in the niche you want to aquire. send bulk DM's "hey are you interested in selling your account?" initiate a convo with those that reply.
now its up to you to properly assess the true value and get away with the lowest bid you can.
if you don't like IG you can easily twist this to any social media site or website contact form. automation tools exist for all of it. 1 google search away from finding them.

Totally, but maybe someone have the method and he doesn't know the gold mine he has and he shares with us.
I think i can start looking for local websites, its easiest find local people that doesnt know the potential

I do think people like that exist but they are few and far between. I guess most people even mommy bloggers these days are well aware of SEO and marketing stuff in general. Just try asking them for a guest post or a mention on their blogs.

There's no tool that will allow you to uncover these goldmine niches/keywords on its own. The only way to find these websites is to -

1. Do a ton of competitive research.
2. Keep your eyes and ears OPEN while doing research.

You will be surprised at what you can find within a couple of hours of research for a niche. I have a dedicated folder where I put these websites, not just to steal their keywords but to uncover strategies that are not being used anywhere else in the marketing space.

I once stumbled upon a website that was utilizing a novel link building tactic. I replicated those tactics on a new website of mine in the tech space and it took off like a rocket. I was doing 30,000 pageviews/month within 4 months and ~1.5 million pageviews/month within a year. Also, made good coin along the way.

Yes. This is true. Many people are sitting on goldmines but they don't know it.

Social accounts with huge followers, idle sites with huge potential, email list of thousands of potential buyers....List is long!

To look for those golden opportunities, i guess you must have a statistical parameter that's repeated which would help you define pages/accts/websites that posses them.
