Helo everyone!

I was wondering if everyone can give some tips and what they believe can help get a high conversion rate with cold emails for my services?
I'll write about 6-7 email/day for this. Should I use a email marketing tool or not ? What should I do to avoid getting into spam or promotion?

Things I must include - link for Fiverr service, should I also add videos and photos it would definitely increase CR but I might also end up in spam or promotion.

What's your catch on this?

There are many factors:

Clean lists.
Targeted lists.
Warmup your accounts or servers.
Make your emails look like it's personal.
Test multiple subjects and email contents.
No fancy html.

Good luck

Personalize + tell them clearly how you can provide value for them + show them examples of your work (previous clients, case studies)

I personally make about $3,000/month in new income for every 15,000 emails I send out. But I'm sending to targeted prospects with great messages.

What service or product are you selling and how are you targeting your prospects? Is it through something like Apollo or you have interested leads gathered through scraping emails?

I run a digital marketing agency and I prospect through Apollo and I have my own custom cold emailing software right now.

youm can create email lists with name lists. all possible names with all possible last names. you can download lists in github

like: [email protected]

then use atomic mail verifier to check if the emails exist, you will have a list that you created yourself

i can create a list for you, it`s 5 million emails to check
check out the file i just created of 500k emails

You should aim for at least 45-100 emails per day. It's a numbers game. The more emails you send the more phone calls you will be able to generate.

6-7 emails per day is a very low number.

Personalize the email with the name and company at the very least. Adding an icebrealer in your emails will generate more responses.

Follow up with your leads.

Use email warmup tools like Mailreach to avoid spam/promotion.

Never add links in your cold emails.
Sell the phone call not the service.

These are just some tips from the top of my head.

Lot of variables including the offer, are you getting any conversion is what i would ask as a starting point.

imo best technique is to write something about person you want to reach, example:
Hi X,
I found your like on LinkedIn in an article about... Coincidentally, I have something that may interest/help you...

so before you send email, try to catch something about their owners

interesting

"Never add links in your cold emails.
Sell the phone call not the service."

in that case, should I wait for them to reply and ask for more information or how do I redirect them to get more details?

Yes you could do that.
Your goal should be getting on a call with the leads so after they reply back you should try to get them on a call.

May I ask which tool is better for Clean lists?

In my experience, nobody buys from the first email, this part is obvious. What's not so obvious is that you need to write your email in a way that you maximize replies, instead of going straight for the sell in the first email.
You can ask them questions about what their current solution for x is and explain how it could be ineffective, book a call to discuss more and then sell over the call.
Additionally personalize the email to the prospect, make it fit their business/needs. If your prospect has personal social media, even better because you can usually find them discussing more about a common issue, or if you're lucky even talking about their current solution which you want to try replace.

Most sales occur during a phone call and the point of cold emailing is to get business owners to jump on a phone call with you. That's where the magic happens.

Sending a low volume of cold emails daily like 100 per day in total isn't going to do much for lead generation to be honest. Sure, if you're reaching out to companies in regards to guest posting you'll get many responses at 100 per day. But if you're selling a high ticket service you have to send higher volume of cold emails daily to get good, consistent results.

As I've mentioned previously, I make roughly $3,000/month for every 15,000 emails sent. If you do the math for my numbers and if you're sending just 100 emails daily the monthly revenue would be incredible low at the 100 rate.

How would you be able to personalize that many emails?

That's what the automation tools are used for. You can personalize the first name, company name etc and this is automated...

I thought the point of cold email was to personalize more than just names but actually doing some quick research on their website, company, or LinkedIn. Something that you couldn't have sent to anyone else.

Are you doing lead generation for clients or doing email marketing for a client? I need to make a Cold Email Marketing thread because I have a lot of specific questions after going through that Cold Email Wizard course that was a free download on here.

It was real informative I must have went through all the videos and pdf files in like 90 minutes. Interesting and easy to follow but I have a lot more questions he didn't quite cover.
