When I registered for Cpabuild, I got this message:

Thank you for applying to our network, CPABuild. We appreciate your interest in our organization and desire to work with us.
After thoroughly reviewing your information, we have decided to decline your application to become a CPABuild Publisher. This decision is final and will not be reconsidered.


Have you ever encountered this situation? How can I pass the registration?
Change the ip address again, change the registration information again? Change email address?
