Backlink Question , issue

Hello Fellows
I am checking my website backlinks throwh semrush and ahrefs i got too many backlinks from site ass shown down .
when i click on that backlink got nothing , showing his homepage
how could i stop it .

Get the spam domains list using ahrefs or any other tool and disavow them.

Remove them over , these links are to much spammy .
