Suddenly an unknown page appears on my website

My website suddenly has a game page added by someone I don't know, and I want to know why? I first requested to remove the URL in Google Console, but I can't find the URL in the merchant backend of Shopify, what should I do?

How do these people operate? What should I do to delete these pages completely?
