Content ID claim not showing ads on video?

Hey guys,

Had a break from the method as I was focusing on other ideas. I have had some good success with it, but my recent uploads are not showing ads of any kind - Skippable, non-skip, in-stream etc.

My older videos are still working but it's hit or miss. I can go to different ones and ads will show. These are back from the start of the year - but appear to work nonetheless.

I have tried different devices and browsers to test.

When I first started, videos would always show ads no matter how many views - 50 or 20,000 - so that was never an issue. One of my videos is about to hit 10k for me to test the theory of that being the issue (needing more than 10k views) - but I just can't seem to understand why that is the case now?

My only other thoughts are either that someone has to give clearance for the claim to show ads or my account from the distro or that my account has been raised and I might get striked off?

If anyone has any ideas please let me know.

10k minimum views requirement has always been case unless claimed part constitutes >80% part of the video.

For example,
1. If you post a movie scene or song that constitutes >80% of your video with your beat in the end, there will be two claims (one from the video/song company and other from your distro), ads will show up in starting from 0 views, but all revenue will go to video/song company unless you hit 10k, then revenue will be divided.

2. If you post something else and there is no claim with >80% constituent of the videos, ads will only show up after 10k views. Otherwise, trolls will just spam the same videos a million times to get million views.

There was an old official Google page regarding this information, but it has now been taken down. The same has been posted here and you can read: https://auxmode.com/support-knowledge-base/claims/

It is so weird - back when I started ads would play throughout the video (mid-roll) as well as all other types. This was regardless of the 10k view situation...

Do you know if this was a recent change in the industry? Or was I just really lucky that all my videos were showing ads?

The videos I was making/uploading were long videos, so the music being claimed was definitely not 80%. I am so confused as to what has happened.
