Hi, i want to find a tool or script that help me to generate multi content for description like this image. It can generate content with csv file with title input. Please see the image.

There are ways to generate content from website, either by using rss feed or tools. Rss feed work perfect for auto updates or posts.

i check their content ant it is only garbage. But how can i make it ? With rss or special tool ?

Try to locate the website rss feed, it usually a link format and paste that to your website dash to auto update news/articles from the website on your page.

their content is unique, but it's only garbage. I think that they use script or auto spin.

To make unique content, right? Looks like that text from books. So you can make a bot to scrape junk sentences from many books, save them into CSV file, and then mix them randomly to create a description like an image.

This looks just like scraped content shoved through a Markov chain model. You should be able to find markov algorithms for most programming languages.
