How strength is this link

They offer me a url in an article with many visits, let me explain.

In the article with many views, a box with a large photo that leads to another url and in that url a link to the client's website and an explanatory text.

Forgeting about the visits that you could get by this method, if we focus on LINK STRENGTH, how strong is that link?

It all comes to the second url. Visits to such URL are important but also if that url is reputed at all. Probably not (except for the reputation that the first web is giving to such with such image link).
It's impossible without this information to see how interesting is such link
If this is a brand new site that is being link to that image, I would pay much for that link, if anything at all.

It depends on the website authority and the internal/external links including how many of them and how good they're,
As well as the page obl, the less the better,

Overall, if the post is ranking for a moderately good keywords then it's a decent one to claim for sure
