If your support page is related to a specific brand, you might get to page 1 but not necessarily number 1 position.

Well if you are being paid to do a job and cannot do it, you should either hire somebody who can do it or pay for someone to train you, so you can do it.

yes you are right, but i check site is already deindexed by Bing, how to restore it, is backlink help me to indexed again or not ?

Add your site to Bing Webmaster Tools: https://www.bing.com/webmasters/about
You should be able to get your sitemaps crawled and see if there is any issue with the site. Then with Bing it's mainly a case of link building and decent enough content. You need to get past the mindset of 'number page on first rank within 1 day' though - never gonna happen.
