What is difference between developer and coder? How does one make money with these skills?

I hear coding pays well but I get confused with developer and even programmer ? Where does one even start ? And how does one make money ?

I am in marketin space not sure how ti put this into what I know

A developer can mean a lot of things. A programmer is someone who makes computer programs mostly by writing codes.

developer is basicly manager or team leader in corporate ladder.
if you just enter with 0 exp you will start from coder. it's basicly like promotion from worker to supervisor.
you need same skill set. with added skill to manage multiple coder on working at one app for dev aka team leader.

Start at w3schools. Learn the basics of coding to know how you can write simple codes to make the computer do what you want.
Once you learn the ropes, you can call yourself a coder. ie, you know how to interact with computers. Most of the time, coders are specialized only in a certain programming language.

Next comes the developer part. They know what to code and how to structure the code. They develop programs or applications.
They are proficient in multiple programming languages and can use/combine them to achieve the end result.

Just because you "hear" that coding pays well doesn't mean you have to jump into it. I also hear that becoming a CEO of a tech giant pays well.
The question is, am I going to change my passion/profession just because one job pays well than the other?

You don't start with a question like how one makes money with that skill/knowledge.
The answer is pretty simple. Just do what others do to make money. Use that knowledge to provide a solution for a problem and charge a fee to do that work. There comes your money.

codecademy is also a good starting point for coding. They have a paid version where you can earn certificates when completing a course, good way to build your portfolio/resume

Job titles may differ from company to company, but coder, programmer and developer mean the same: someone that can write computer programs.

There are good introductions to programming on Coursera and Khan Academy.

There are many ways in which a programmer can make money, getting a job at a company that develops any piece of software would be the most common.

There is no difference between a coder, programmer or developer. They are the exact same thing. 'coder' is just a more casual phrase.

Programmers code.

Developers manage other developers, other coders, and other programmers.
Programmers manage other programmers, other coders and other developers.
Coders manage other programmers, other developers and other coders.

Coders design software.
Developers design software.
Programmers design software.

They are exactly the same thing.

If you enter with 0 skill, you won't even get the job. If you can't write code, then you aren't a coder, developer or programmer.

To me they are all the same apart from as specific title implies a certain level of experience and quality of outcome. Many people can write code or hack together some code snippets but I don't think you would be refered to as a developer (in some companies in sure you would). A developer implies more dicipline in the the practice of writting software and should be able to write maintainable testable code.

A software application doesn't just require coding, you need to design the architecture, build prototypes, test and then deploy. A developer does all these things.

A coder is the one who can write lines of code.

A programmer does everything coder does, additionally he/she can setup APIs and build server integration programs as well.

This pretty much sums it up, personally I think it's a generational thing. I call myself a programmer because that was the term used when I was starting out. Now people use the word "developer" or "dev" most of the time but it's all the same thing.

There are different options when it comes to coding. Some are web development which means coding webpages or web applications, bot programming (self explanatory) and A.I. programming which is used to make somewhat intelligent artificial intelligence. You can start learning to code at a free website like w3schools. You can make money either by freelancing, or getting a job on programming or making a SAAS project which means you code a tool or feature that other people use it and they pay you recurringly.
